Some nerdy backstory about me 🎧

I became a sound engineer at the age of 14.

It was a 16 channel Mackie, and I don’t remember it having mute buttons. I was at summer bible school in my home state of Maryland, teaching the preschool class (which I also did at Wednesday night church). The music minister usually ran the sound for the children’s program, but he was in a skit that day, along with another woman who would normally run sound in his place. He came to me and said “Hey, can you run the board for today? All you need to do is play this CD, and this is how you adjust the volumes for the mics.”

That was it. And much like my first time playing Halo Combat Evolved, I was immedately hooked. I ended up being the sound engineer for the adult holiday plays they had twice a year. In second semester at college, I got a job doing event set up with sound and visuals. That’s where I learned how to set the stuff up. That lead me to promptly changing my business admin major over to radio/audio production. I got to learn about studio recording, and how to do radio shows for the student station. Then I spent a few years doing audio/video for events at a hotel in Baltimore.

The move to Nashville, where I went into the corporate space, is when I stopped sound engineering. That was until 2020, when I used my iPhone to make my first song “Sa Sekhem Sahu”. I’ve done a few other songs, but that was 2022. I haven’t done anything since.

I’m not a stranger to binaurals and isochronics, and while I do utilize a YouTube channel that I know works for me, I recently realized that I don’t need YouTube. Instead of playing a video with certain frequencies while I sleep, I could make my own. And since I’m making them, I know there’s nothing icky being snuck in there.

Working on projects in these editing suites is a true joy for me. So much that I’d look up at the clock and see that 5 hours suddenly passed.

Today, I am happy to share the 2 audio tracks that I created: A sleep track called “Omnipresence”, and a meditation track called “Quantum Wave”.

“Omnipresence” is what I’ve been using every night for the past month. I made it to connect to the omnipresence of spirit…and it’s resulted in me having a lot of iiiiiinteresting dreams.

“Quantum Wave” was created as a form of energy undoing, with subliminals of my voice hidden within. This track was shared privately with some Hunas as a test, and the response has not surprised me at all. One of these Hunas is a sensitive antenna to energies, and can very easily get lost in her brain. She texted me saying that she could focus her mind and study after listening to it ONCE.
